Role Responsibilities
As a member of the Corporate Accounting team, you will engage in various tasks, including:

  • Participating in the global month-end closing process and recording journal entries.
  • Reconciling and analyzing assigned general ledger accounts, addressing discrepancies as they arise.
  • Assisting in the preparation of international statutory financial statements and related journal entries.
  • Building and maintaining relationships with both internal and external stakeholders worldwide.
  • Managing the fixed asset sub-ledger, including invoice reviews, monthly depreciation calculations, and reconciliations.
  • Supporting the documentation and monitoring of internal controls.
  • Providing accounting assistance to auditors during quarterly and year-end reviews, including the preparation of necessary documentation.
  • Engaging in additional accounting projects and month-end closing tasks as assigned.

Qualifications
The ideal candidate will possess:

  • A Bachelor's degree in accounting with a strong academic record.
  • 2-4 years of relevant professional experience.
  • Intermediate knowledge of accounting functions and internal controls.
  • Public accounting experience and/or CPA certification is advantageous.
  • Proficiency in MS Excel.
  • Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a focus on building relationships.
  • The capability to meet deadlines and manage multiple projects effectively.
  • Flexibility to thrive in a dynamic, growth-oriented environment.
