IT Help Desk Technician

SystImmune is a dynamic, clinical-stage bio-pharmaceutical company headquartered in Redmond, WA. Our mission is to revolutionize cancer treatment by developing breakthrough therapeutic multi-specific antibodies and Antibody-Drug Conjugates (ADCs). Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide technical support to employees experiencing issues with hardware, software, and networking.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve technical problems in a timely and efficient manner.
  • Assist with system setups, configurations, and software installations.
  • Configure and deploy workstations and lab equipment while adhering to security protocols.
  • Collaborate with senior IT engineers on infrastructure upgrades and server maintenance.
  • Escalate issues to appropriate teams according to internal procedures and provide documentation of any actions taken.

Requirements:

  • Associate degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
  • Experience with service/help desk systems
  • Hands-on experience supporting modern operating systems (Windows, MacOS, Linux, iOS, and Android)
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, Microsoft Teams, Cisco WebEx, Zoom, and strong capability to learn new software and systems.
  • Familiarity with concepts of virtualized environments, cloud computing, and various network technologies including DNS, DHCP, and IP addressing.
  • Familiarity with Cisco managed switches/routers, Palo Alto Firewalls, and basic cabling
  • Ability to handle multiple requests/projects simultaneously and prioritize.
  • Ability to demonstrate clear & confident communication skills both written and verbal.
  • Ability to deal with problems and technical issues in a friendly, calm, and reassuring manner.
  • Strong organizational skills
  • Ability to lift or move items weighing up to 25 pounds.

What We Offer:

  • Competitive salary range of $45,000 - $70,000 per year based on skills, education, and experience relevant to the role.
  • A comprehensive benefits package including 100% paid employee premiums for medical/dental/vision, also STD, LTD, a 401(k) plan with a 50% company match of up to 3% and a vesting schedule of only 5 years, 15 PTO days per year, sick leave, plus 11 paid holidays and MORE.
