Job Overview:

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Infrastructure Support Specialist to join our team at Omni Inclusive. As a key member of our infrastructure team, you will be responsible for providing expert-level support for our infrastructure lab, ensuring seamless operation and optimal performance.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Investigate and resolve complex infrastructure issues, collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure timely resolution.
  • Develop and maintain in-depth knowledge of infrastructure technologies, including Agile Software Development models, Jenkins, Linux, and Windows operating systems.
  • Design and implement efficient infrastructure solutions, leveraging automation tools such as Chef and Ansible.
  • Provide expert-level support for infrastructure-related projects, ensuring timely delivery and high-quality results.

Requirements:

  • 10+ years of experience in infrastructure development and management, with a strong background in Agile Software Development models.
  • Hands-on experience with Jenkins, Linux, and Windows operating systems, as well as automation tools like Chef and Ansible.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills, with the ability to investigate and resolve complex infrastructure issues.
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience with Python and shell scripting, with the ability to read and understand code functionality.
  • Knowledge of firmware and driver builds, as well as device firmware updates and debugging.
  • Experience with server management, including BMC consoles and rack hardware.
