Position Overview:
As a Client Relations Specialist at Aurora Ripple Enterprises, you will be the cornerstone of our customer engagement strategy. Your role is to deliver prompt and courteous service to our clients, addressing inquiries, understanding their requirements, and providing immediate solutions.

Key Responsibilities:
In your role, you will utilize a lead-based system to connect with clients. The primary goal of each interaction is to welcome, assess, recommend, and finalize sales. Therefore, our Client Relations Specialists must embody hospitality, professionalism, empathy, and active listening skills.

Safety and Compliance:
Your safety and that of our clients is paramount. You will be expected to adhere to all relevant health guidelines while engaging with clients.

Administrative Duties:
Accurately complete, submit, and maintain records of product sales and service orders in accordance with our privacy and confidentiality standards.

Continuous Improvement:
We encourage you to assess our current onboarding and training processes, identifying opportunities to enhance client relationships and strengthen the sales cycle.

Team Collaboration:
Work alongside fellow Client Relations Specialists to establish achievable outreach and sales objectives.

Qualifications:
To thrive in the Client Relations Specialist role, you should possess:
- A minimum of 1-2 years of experience in customer service, sales, or a client-facing role.
- A background in retail or hospitality is advantageous due to strong communication and problem-solving abilities.
- A commitment to excellence, taking pride in your accomplishments and embracing challenges.
- A belief in your capacity to make a positive impact, whether through direct client interactions or community involvement.
