In the role of Client Relations Specialist - Laboratory Liaison:
You will function as the intermediary between clients and IDEXX laboratories.
Your responsibilities will include providing information, resolving inquiries, and ensuring satisfaction for both internal and external stakeholders.
This position will primarily involve responding to client communications via phone and electronic means.
You will investigate documentation, rectify processing discrepancies, troubleshoot technical issues, compile client information, and convey necessary details.
Qualifications for Success
The ideal candidate will possess a high level of motivation, goal-oriented mindset, and strong collaborative skills. Proficiency in computer and technical skills is essential, along with a willingness to learn. You should be an adept problem solver with keen attention to detail. Excellent communication and listening abilities are crucial for success in this role.
A proven history of delivering exceptional customer service is required.
You should be capable of quickly learning and applying skills across various client interactions.
Experience in a technical field, veterinary practice, laboratory environment, or customer service center is advantageous.
Strong written and verbal communication skills, along with the ability to build rapport swiftly, are necessary.
Excellent organizational skills, particularly in a multitasking environment, are essential.
A degree in a scientific discipline or an equivalent combination of education and experience is preferred.
Ability to engage in phone communications for extended periods is required.
