Administrative Operations Coordinator

About the Role:

The Administrative Operations Coordinator will perform seasoned administrative duties in support of an ancillary department. This includes processing documents, recording data, preparing reports, answering and directing telephone calls, listing data, filing, and greeting visitors.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Perform administrative work in support of the assigned ancillary department.
  • Process sensitive and non-routine data into information systems.
  • Prepare correspondence, research, and format information.
  • Receive and ship mail and parcels, file and retrieve employee information, research data, and maintain vendor records.
Requirements:

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented individual with excellent customer service skills to join our team as an Administrative Operations Coordinator. The ideal candidate will have 6-10 years of experience in an office setting and be proficient in using office software and technology.

Salary:

$65,000 - $80,000 per year
