Role Summary: As a Leasing Agent, your primary responsibility will be to enhance the tenant experience by managing the onboarding process at our residential community. This includes overseeing necessary documentation, ensuring precise data entry, and facilitating seamless communication between prospective tenants and management teams. You will also evaluate tenant information to assist in future marketing and development strategies.
Key Responsibilities:
- Client Interaction: Manage communications with residents through various channels to gather move-in documentation, including income verification and identification, promptly after application completion.
- Data Management: Confirm and update resident contact details and demographics for all new tenants, following up as necessary.
- Lease Oversight: Review and validate lease agreements a week prior to move-in, making necessary updates and securing signatures.
- Onboarding Coordination: Ensure the accuracy of move-in packets and finalize lease documents ahead of the move-in date.
- Property Showings: Organize property tours and site visits as required.
- Trend Reporting: Relay document collection and data entry trends to the Property Manager.
- Policy Development: Collaborate with the Property Manager to identify risks and formulate policies and procedures.
- Resident Engagement: Assist residents with inquiries, provide information on property features, manage lease renewals, and promote tenant retention.

- Technical Skills: Familiarity with technology platforms and software, such as Google Groups, RentCafe, Yardi, PayScan, and Rhino is advantageous.

Qualifications:
- Education: High School Diploma or Equivalent.
- Experience: Customer Service or Sales experience is mandatory; property management or leasing experience is preferred.
