Position Overview
As a Sales Executive at Tbwa Chiat/Day Inc, you will play a pivotal role in advancing the blockchain sector by assisting developers and enterprises in enhancing their product offerings using our advanced infrastructure. You will take charge of the complete sales cycle, collaborating with cross-functional teams, including leadership and founders, to drive growth and innovation.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage and oversee the entire sales process, including contract negotiations, client retention, renewals, upselling, and ensuring client satisfaction.
  • Engage with prospective clients to understand their requirements and demonstrate how our solutions can address their challenges.
  • Proactively reach out to new leads through various communication channels to generate interest in our offerings.
  • Educate clients in the cryptocurrency sector about blockchain technology and assist them in resolving infrastructure challenges.
  • Analyze sales campaigns and processes to identify areas for improvement and implement effective strategies.
  • Collaborate with internal business and technology teams to achieve desired outcomes for our clients.
  • Establish and refine processes to adapt to the evolving needs of the business.
  • Build and maintain long-term, trustworthy relationships with senior executives and technical stakeholders.
  • Utilize a CRM system to manage client interactions and ensure all relevant metrics are accurately recorded.
  • Provide valuable customer feedback to product and engineering teams to inform future development.
  • Work closely with support teams to communicate effectively with clients before and after sales.
  • Respond promptly to client inquiries and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
Qualifications
  • A minimum of 7 years of experience in a client-facing sales role, preferably in SaaS, PaaS, or IaaS, targeting enterprise clients.
  • A strong interest and understanding of the cryptocurrency and blockchain industry.
  • A technical background in engineering, computer science, or a related field is preferred.
  • Self-motivated with the ability to implement new ideas independently.
  • A desire to thrive in a sales role within a dynamic startup environment.
  • Proven track record in identifying, developing, negotiating, and closing large-scale technology projects.
  • Experience in driving technology adoption and formulating long-term account strategies.
  • Ability to work independently and proactively seek new business opportunities.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and sales forecasting.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Ability to comprehend customer pain points and translate them into actionable solutions.
  • Experience managing multiple requests and time-sensitive demands effectively.
