Role Overview
As an Account Executive, you will play a pivotal role in advancing the blockchain industry by supporting developers and enterprises in optimizing their product development processes. This position entails overseeing the complete sales cycle and collaborating with various teams across the organization, including leadership and founding members. Key Responsibilities
  • Manage and oversee the entire sales cycle, which includes negotiating contracts, ensuring client retention, handling renewals, and enhancing client satisfaction.
  • Engage with prospective clients to understand their unique requirements and demonstrate how our solutions can address their challenges.
  • Proactively reach out to new leads through diverse communication channels to generate interest in introductory discussions.
  • Educate clients in the cryptocurrency sector about blockchain nodes and assist them in troubleshooting infrastructure challenges.
  • Analyze sales campaigns and processes to identify areas for improvement and implement effective strategies.
  • Collaborate with internal business and technology teams to achieve desired outcomes for our clients.
  • Establish and refine processes to adapt to the evolving needs of the business.
  • Build and maintain long-term, trustworthy relationships with senior executives and technical stakeholders.
  • Utilize a CRM system to manage accounts, ensuring accurate reporting and tracking of relevant metrics.
  • Provide valuable customer feedback to product and engineering teams to inform product development.
  • Communicate effectively with customers throughout the pre-sales and post-sales processes.
  • Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through prompt and effective communication.
Qualifications
  • A minimum of 7 years of experience in a client-facing sales role, specifically as an Account Executive selling SaaS, PaaS, or IaaS solutions to enterprise clients.
  • A strong understanding and passion for the cryptocurrency and blockchain industry.
  • A technical background in engineering, computer science, or a related field is preferred.
  • Self-motivated with the ability to implement new ideas independently.
  • A genuine interest in pursuing a sales career within a dynamic startup environment.
  • Proven track record in identifying, developing, negotiating, and closing large-scale technology projects with complex enterprise accounts.
  • Experience in driving technology adoption and formulating long-term strategic account plans.
  • Ability to work independently and proactively to source and advance new business opportunities.
  • Proficient in CRM software, forecasting, and opportunity management.
  • Exceptional listening, verbal, and written communication skills.
  • Capable of understanding customer pain points and aligning potential business solutions with technical services.
  • Experience in managing multiple requests and time-sensitive demands concurrently.
