Your Role
As a Sales Executive, you will play a pivotal role in advancing the blockchain industry by assisting developers and enterprises in enhancing their product development through our robust infrastructure. You will manage the complete sales cycle and collaborate with various teams, including leadership and founders, to drive growth and innovation.
Key Responsibilities- Oversee the entire sales cycle, from contract negotiations to client retention and satisfaction.
- Engage with prospective clients to identify their needs and demonstrate how our solutions can address them.
- Initiate contact with new leads through diverse communication channels to generate interest.
- Educate clients about blockchain technology and assist them in resolving infrastructure challenges.
- Analyze sales campaigns and processes to identify areas for improvement.
- Collaborate with internal teams to achieve optimal business outcomes for clients.
- Establish and refine processes to adapt to the evolving needs of the business.
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with senior executives and technical stakeholders.
- Utilize CRM tools to manage client interactions and ensure accurate reporting.
- Provide insights from customer feedback to enhance product offerings.
- Communicate effectively with clients throughout the sales process.
- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
- Minimum of 7 years in a client-facing sales role, preferably in SaaS, PaaS, or IaaS.
- Strong interest and knowledge in the cryptocurrency and blockchain sectors.
- Technical background in engineering, computer science, or a related field.
- Proactive self-starter with the ability to implement new ideas independently.
- Proven success in closing large-scale technology projects with enterprise clients.
- Experience in driving technology adoption and developing strategic account plans.
- Ability to work autonomously and proactively seek new business opportunities.
- Familiarity with CRM software and sales forecasting techniques.
- Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Ability to understand customer challenges and align solutions accordingly.
- Experience managing multiple priorities and requests effectively.
- Experience leading a sales team.
- Proven track record of success in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
- Advanced CRM capabilities, including dashboard creation and reporting.
