Position Summary
As a Sales Executive, you will play a pivotal role in propelling the blockchain sector forward by assisting developers and organizations in enhancing their product development on our robust infrastructure. You will take charge of the complete sales cycle, collaborating with various teams across the organization, including leadership and founding members. This role presents significant opportunities for professional growth and learning as we embark on an exciting journey.
- Manage and oversee the entire sales cycle, including contract negotiations, client retention, renewals, upselling, and ensuring client satisfaction.
- Engage with prospective clients to comprehend their requirements and demonstrate how our solutions can address their challenges.
- Proactively reach out to new leads through diverse communication channels to generate interest for initial discussions.
- Educate clients in the cryptocurrency sector about blockchain nodes and assist them in resolving infrastructure challenges.
- Analyze and track sales campaigns, identifying areas for improvement.
- Collaborate with internal business and technology teams to achieve desired outcomes for our clients.
- Refine and establish processes to adapt to the evolving needs of the business.
- Build and maintain long-term, trustworthy relationships with senior executives and technical stakeholders.
- Utilize a CRM system to manage and report on sales activities, ensuring all metrics are accurately recorded.
- Provide valuable customer feedback to product and engineering teams to inform future development.
- Support customers throughout the sales process and maintain communication post-sale.
- Respond promptly to customer inquiries and ensure their satisfaction.
- A minimum of 7 years of experience in a client-facing sales role, specifically in selling SaaS, PaaS, or IaaS solutions to enterprise clients.
- A strong interest and understanding of the cryptocurrency and blockchain industry.
- A technical background in engineering, computer science, or a related field is preferred.
- Self-motivated with the ability to execute innovative ideas independently.
- A genuine interest in pursuing a sales career within a dynamic startup environment.
- Proven success in identifying, developing, negotiating, and closing large-scale technology projects with complex enterprise accounts.
- Experience in driving technology adoption and formulating long-term strategic account plans.
