Position Overview:

As a Field Service Technician, you will play a crucial role in ensuring customer satisfaction through effective maintenance and support of Canon products. Your expertise will contribute to the seamless operation of our technology solutions.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Analyze product failure trends and document serviceability issues, providing essential reports to management.
  • Deliver prompt and accurate maintenance services, whether in the field, shop, or on-site.
  • Maintain comprehensive records of technical information, service reports, and expenses.
  • Exhibit exceptional communication skills to foster customer satisfaction.
  • Ensure optimal performance of assigned equipment.
  • Support branch and district performance metrics through effective service delivery.

Qualifications:

To be successful in this role, you should meet the following criteria:

  • A High School diploma or equivalent experience is required.
  • Basic understanding of internet environments and the ability to complete necessary training programs.
  • Willingness to travel, with a valid driver's license and acceptable driving record.
  • Ability to obtain required security clearances for customer premises.
  • Physical capability to lift up to 50 pounds and remain active for extended periods.

Compensation:

The anticipated hourly rate for this position ranges from $17.57 to $26.31, in accordance with applicable laws.
