About the Role

Your Responsibilities

In this position, you will be responsible for:

  • Documenting and reporting product failure trends and serviceability concerns to your supervisor, ensuring precise record-keeping and communication.
  • Addressing customer needs by delivering prompt, efficient, and accurate maintenance services, whether in the field, shop, or on-site.
  • Maintaining comprehensive technical documentation, including Field Service Reports and Expense Reports, along with Canon property assigned to you.
  • Exhibiting exceptional customer communication skills to enhance satisfaction.
  • Ensuring the operational efficiency of assigned equipment.
  • Contributing to the achievement of branch and district performance metrics.


Qualifications

This position is customer-facing and requires adherence to customer protocols, which may include health and safety measures.

Do you possess the following qualifications?

  • A High School diploma or equivalent experience.
  • A foundational understanding of internet environments and the capability to complete the introductory training period successfully.
  • A valid driver's license and a clean driving record, with the ability to travel as required.
  • Willingness to obtain necessary security clearances to access customer locations.
  • Physical capability to lift up to 50 pounds and remain active for over 50% of the work period.
