Your Responsibilities

As a Field Service Technician, your key responsibilities will include:

  • Documenting and reporting product failure trends and serviceability challenges to your supervisor, ensuring thorough record-keeping and accurate information flow.
  • Responding to customer needs with prompt and precise on-site maintenance and support.
  • Maintaining all technical documentation, including Field Service Reports and Expense Reports, as well as Canon property assigned to you.
  • Exhibiting strong communication skills to foster customer satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Ensuring the operational efficiency of assigned machines.
  • Contributing to the achievement of branch and district performance metrics.


Qualifications

This role is customer-facing and requires adherence to client policies, which may include health and safety protocols.

Do you meet the following criteria?

  • A High School diploma or equivalent experience is required.
  • A basic understanding of internet environments and the ability to complete the introductory training program successfully.
  • Willingness to travel, with a valid driver's license and a satisfactory driving record.
  • Ability to obtain necessary security clearances to access client premises.
  • Physical capability to lift up to 50 pounds and remain active for extended periods.
