Key Responsibilities:
- Analyze product failure trends and document serviceability issues for management review.
- Respond to customer needs with timely and accurate maintenance services, whether in the field or at the shop.
- Maintain comprehensive records of technical information, service reports, and expenses.
- Exhibit strong communication skills to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Monitor and enhance the performance of assigned equipment.
- Support branch and district goals by meeting performance metrics.
Qualifications:
To be successful in this role, you should meet the following criteria:
- A High School diploma or equivalent experience is required.
- Basic understanding of internet environments and successful completion of the introductory training program.
- Willingness to travel, with a valid driver's license and a clean driving record.
- Ability to obtain necessary security clearances to access customer sites.
- Physical capability to lift up to 50 pounds and remain active throughout the workday.
Compensation:
The anticipated hourly rate for this position ranges from $17.57 to $26.31, in accordance with applicable laws.
