Key Responsibilities
  • Establish positive and trusting relationships with clients
  • Diagnose and treat mental health disorders
  • Create individualized treatment plans
  • Provide counseling and therapy services
  • Conduct ongoing assessments of client progress
  • Involve and advise family members when appropriate
  • Plan outreach and referral activities in surrounding communities
Requirements
  • Master's Level Degree or higher in a related field
  • Full, unencumbered PsyD, LMFT/LCSW/LPC license
  • 2+ years' experience in providing diagnostic assessment and therapy services
  • Ability to work as a team member and cooperatively
  • Superb organizational skills
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills
