Outpatient Mental Health Specialist

Key Responsibilities- Establish positive and trusting relationships with clients
- Diagnose and treat mental health disorders
- Create individualized treatment plans
- Provide counseling and therapy services
- Conduct ongoing assessments of client progress
- Involve and advise family members when appropriate
- Plan outreach and referral activities in surrounding communities
- Master's Level Degree or higher in a related field
- Full, unencumbered PsyD, LMFT/LCSW/LPC license
- 2+ years' experience in providing diagnostic assessment and therapy services
- Ability to work as a team member and cooperatively
- Superb organizational skills
- Excellent written and oral communication skills
- W-2 role with medical, dental, and vision benefits
- Base salary and monthly bonus based on billed hours
- CEU support, including earned CEU days and CEU reimbursements
