Position Summary
Located in the vibrant John's Landing neighborhood, our Corbett location is a beloved destination for locals. This multifaceted venue serves as a bar, restaurant, market, coffee shop, pizzeria, and event space, catering to a diverse clientele.
We are seeking a dedicated food service professional who embodies a service-oriented mindset. As a Floor Manager, you will play a pivotal role in supporting our hospitality team. Your leadership style is approachable yet effective, allowing you to maintain control while fostering a positive environment. You lead by example, actively engaging with your staff and assisting them in their roles.
Your responsibilities will include being present on the floor, collaborating with the team, and identifying opportunities to enhance performance daily. You will gain experience across all restaurant roles, enabling you to step in and support your colleagues whenever necessary.
This position offers a unique opportunity for an energetic individual who values autonomy and the ability to make decisions in real-time. While you will not be micromanaged, you will be an integral part of the Elephants Deli team, which provides robust support to ensure both you and your team thrive while enjoying the work environment. A food handler's card and OLCC certification are prerequisites for this role.
