Job Summary

We are seeking a compassionate and skilled Medical Assistant to join our team. As a Medical Assistant, you will partner with a Provider to deliver primary-care services to patients in their homes. This is a full-time opportunity with Monday-Friday daytime hours, offering a great work-life balance.

Responsibilities
  • Drive to scheduled home-based primary care patient visits with a Provider partner
  • Prepare adult patients for examination and record patient vitals
  • Thoroughly document patient symptoms and treatment plans into our EMR
  • Collect patient consent forms and support Provider partner with patient care needs
  • Set the standard for quality, person-centered care in the home
Qualifications
  • Certificate of Completion from an accredited Medical Assistant, Phlebotomy, EMT, or related medical education/training program
  • One year or more of experience as a Medical Assistant, Medical Technician, Clinical Assistant, or Phlebotomist
  • Proficiency in blood draws, wound care, irrigations, and checking patient vital signs
  • Valid driver's license, good driving record, proof of insurance, and reliable mode of transportation
  • Good computer skills to document in our EMR system
