Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Medical Assistant to join our team at Dialysis Clinic, Inc. As a Medical Assistant, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality patient care and supporting our healthcare team.

Responsibilities
  • Obtain and record patient vital signs and machine readings according to facility policies.
  • Prepare patients for examination and treatment by taking patient histories and vital signs.
  • Prepare exam and treatment rooms with the necessary instruments for your patients, including preparation and maintenance of supplies and equipment for treatments.
  • Assist with lab testing and phlebotomy.
  • Assist physicians in preparing for examinations and physicals.
  • Assist with scheduling of tests and treatments as needed for patients.
  • Answer telephone calls to the practice and screen for referral to physicians and practitioners.
  • Determine patient care priorities and organize workload efficiently and effectively.
  • Maintain professional working relationships, observing patient privacy and rights.
