We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Medical Assistant to join our team at Lexington Foot and Ankle Center. As a Medical Assistant, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional patient care and supporting our healthcare team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist healthcare providers with patient exams and procedures
- Prepare and maintain patient records and charts
- Answer phone calls and respond to patient inquiries
- Perform administrative tasks, such as scheduling appointments and processing payments
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Previous medical office experience preferred
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Reliable transportation
