About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sales Manager to join our team in Indiana. As a Sales Manager, you will be responsible for managing a sales territory and driving revenue growth for Demant.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage a sales budget and achieve or exceed monthly sales targets.
  • Establish and maintain strong relationships with current customers and distribution partners.
  • Create a target call plan to increase sales and identify new business opportunities.
  • Prospect for new customers and expand existing relationships.
  • Work collaboratively with the sales team to share best practices and drive sales growth.
  • Review and analyze financial data to inform sales strategies and achieve revenue goals.
  • Communicate effectively with customers to understand their needs and provide solutions.
  • Participate in industry events and conferences to promote Demant's products and services.
  • Travel extensively to visit customers and prospects in the assigned territory.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in a related field.
  • 3+ years of experience in medical device sales and sales territory management.
  • Audiology degree or equivalent experience.
  • Proven track record of growing revenues in a sales portfolio.
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to travel up to 80% of the time.
