- Prospect for new customers and expand existing relationships.
- Work collaboratively with the sales team to share best practices and drive sales growth.
- Review and analyze financial data to inform sales strategies and achieve revenue goals.
- Communicate effectively with customers to understand their needs and provide solutions.
- Participate in industry events and conferences to promote Demant's products and services.
- Travel extensively to visit customers and prospects in the assigned territory.
- Bachelor's degree in a related field.
- 3+ years of experience in medical device sales and sales territory management.
- Audiology degree or equivalent experience.
- Proven track record of growing revenues in a sales portfolio.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
- Ability to travel up to 80% of the time.
