Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee all financial transactions, including accounts payable and receivable, general ledger management, and financial reporting.
  • Manage parts procurement: including purchase orders and vendor invoice monitoring.
  • Handle customer invoicing: generating invoices, tracking payments, and maintaining customer communications.
  • Conduct financial modeling, including revenue and expense forecasts.
  • Perform weekly expense reconciliations and generate reports in compliance with GAAP standards.
  • Prepare financial statements and regular reports for budget forecasts, monitoring financial performance against set budgets.
  • Assist in tax preparation and submission processes.
  • Ensure adherence to financial policies, procedures, and regulations.
  • Collaborate with both internal and external auditors during audit activities.
  • Track company assets and maintain depreciation schedules.
  • Guarantee timely and precise month-end and year-end closing processes.
  • Prepare and publish financial statements in accordance with regulatory standards.
  • Conduct financial analyses and provide insights to facilitate informed decision-making.
  • Perform bookkeeping and data entry tasks as required.
  • Utilize ERP systems to manage accounting and financial operations.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related discipline.
  • A minimum of 3 years of relevant experience as an Accountant, ideally within a technology-driven environment.
  • Strong understanding of accounting principles, regulations, and financial reporting standards.
  • Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, SAP) and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Exceptional analytical and numerical skills.
  • Meticulous attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Ability to handle multiple priorities and meet deadlines effectively.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • CPA certification is advantageous.
