- Staff Mentorship: Leading the finance team by involving them in strategic discussions.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in accounting with 8 years of relevant experience or equivalent education and training.
- CPA certification is advantageous.
- Proficiency in GAAP, IAS, IFRS, management accounting, and root-cause analysis.
- Advanced knowledge of Excel, QuickBooks, SAP, and similar tools.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and projects.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills for effective interaction with management and team members.
- Capability to analyze problems, gather data, establish facts, and draw valid conclusions.
- Exceptional attention to detail, self-motivated, and driven to achieve success.
Compensation and Benefits
A competitive salary range of $90,000 to $95,000, along with comprehensive benefits including medical, dental, vision, disability, life insurance, four weeks of paid time off, and a matching 401k plan.
