Position Summary: The firm is in search of a meticulous and committed Financial Accountant. The ideal candidate should possess a Bachelor's Degree in Accounting or Finance and have a minimum of one year of relevant experience in an accounting capacity.

Primary Duties:

  • Execute journal entries for month-end financial closing.
  • Perform account reconciliations.
  • Aid in the preparation of financial statements.
  • Manage accounts payable and accounts receivable processes.
  • Ensure adherence to financial regulations and standards.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance.
  • At least 1 year of experience in bookkeeping or accounting.
  • Experience in a related industry is advantageous.
  • Proficiency in QuickBooks Online (QBO); certification as a QuickBooks user is beneficial.
  • Intermediate skills in Excel, including the use of pivot tables and VLOOKUPS.
  • Strong verbal and written communication abilities.
  • Exceptional organizational skills.
Compensation: $55,000.00 to $70,000.00 annually
