Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Relationship Manager to join our Commercial Banking team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for developing and managing relationships with commercial clients in assigned business segments and geographic areas.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and manage relationships with commercial clients to identify business opportunities and provide solutions to meet their financial needs.
  • Present product solutions to clients and provide responsive, quality service.
  • Approve transactions within delegated authority and manage overall relationship profitability and portfolio risk.
  • Monitor and analyze relationship results and account activities to determine client profitability and make recommendations for further development or elimination.
  • Work with internal departments to resolve issues and maintain awareness of competitive products, practices, rates, and market conditions.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent.
  • Minimum 5 years of lending experience and 5 years of credit experience.
  • Strong understanding of commercial credit policies and procedures, bank operations policies and procedures, and sales and marketing abilities.
  • Good credit analysis and accounting skills, with the ability to work autonomously and make sound business decisions.
  • Strong interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills, with the ability to work well independently and in teams.
