Key Responsibilities- Lead by Example: Demonstrate and embody our five core values, known as 'The Feels.'
- Foster Meaningful Relationships: Build and maintain strong relationships with your team and guests, ensuring a positive and inclusive experience for all.
- Operational Excellence: Manage day-to-day shop operations, including the supervision of Maitre D's and Massage Therapists, to ensure seamless execution and high-quality service.
- Team Development: Recruit, interview, onboard, and retain a best-in-class shop team, providing consistent and transparent feedback to ensure Squeeze standards are upheld.
- Community Engagement: Develop and maintain relationships with local massage therapy schools, professional associations, and local businesses in your community, promoting our brand and services.
- Operations and HR: Execute operations, HR, and local marketing objectives, ensuring alignment with company goals and values.
- Employee Relations and Guest Issues: Resolve employee relations and guest issues, maintaining culture and morale while upholding Squeeze standards.
- Inventory Management: Manage inventory and minimize shrink, ensuring efficient operations and optimal guest experience.
- Experience: 5-10 years in retail, preferably hospitality or service-related experience, with a proven track record in building consistent, recurring retail business and delivering an exceptional guest experience.
- Leadership: Experienced in operating a fast-paced, high-volume environment, with a minimum of 15 direct reports under your supervision.
- Recruitment and Development: Advanced expertise in recruiting, onboarding, and developing a team, with a focus on creating a motivational environment where team members can grow and thrive.
- Inventory Management and Scheduling: Proven expertise in inventory management and scheduling, with a focus on minimizing shrink and ensuring efficient operations.
- Availability: Must be available to work Wednesday-Sunday weekly.
