Job Description

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Membership Sales Associate to join our team at Perspire Sauna Studio of Huntington Beach. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for selling memberships and promoting the benefits of our IR Saunas to potential clients.

  • A verifiable history of excellent attendance and prior sales experience.
  • Evening and weekend availability.

Responsibilities:

  • Sell memberships with confidence in a commission-based atmosphere.
  • Reach out to leads using our CRM with high-energy and enthusiasm.
  • Promote the benefits of IR Saunas and the value of having a Perspire Sauna Studio Membership.
  • Set reservations and book follow-up appointments.
  • Accommodate members, making them feel relaxed and welcome.
  • Administer studio tours for new guests.
  • Answer all questions about services and the facility.
  • Maintain clean facility, turnover/cleaning of individual sauna rooms.
  • Maintain and organize the facility's towel supply area.
