Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Regional Sales Manager to join our team at REV Group Inc. As a Regional Sales Manager, you will be responsible for promoting the sales and service of E-ONE products within the East/Northeast region.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assist sales and service dealership organizations within the territory to achieve sales objectives.
  • Promote part sales within the assigned region.
  • Provide technical assistance to sales representatives and customers by assisting with reviews of specifications and bid documents.
  • Prepare bid specifications when needed.
  • Product training as needed for new sales representatives.
  • Perform presentations, demo walk-arounds, and spec writing meetings with local sales representatives.
  • Facilitate potential customer visits to the factory with on-site staff to ensure productive visits.
  • Participate in pre-construction, in-process, and final inspection customer visits as needed.
  • Provide monthly reporting as required.
  • Track sales volume and goals, sales projections, and activity reports.
  • Maintain lead tracking software for all current open deals.
  • Attend regional and national trade shows as needed.
  • Assist with demo unit movement in and out of the assigned territory.
  • Approve demo requests and fuel reimbursements.
  • Recommend improvements to the current product offering.
  • Work with pre- and post-sales departments for open items that are causing concern.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field, or combination of education and experience.
  • 7+ years of similar industry experience in field sales.
  • Must reside within the region territory.
