Job Title: Event Management Director

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Event Management Director to lead our catering services team.

About the Role:
  • Develop and execute comprehensive event plans, ensuring seamless execution and exceptional customer experiences.
  • Collaborate with clients to understand their needs and preferences, providing tailored solutions to meet their expectations.
  • Oversee the planning and coordination of events, including venue selection, catering, decorations, and logistics.
  • Lead and motivate a team of catering professionals, fostering a culture of excellence and customer satisfaction.
  • Manage budgets, timelines, and resources to ensure successful event outcomes.
Key Responsibilities:
  1. Develop and implement effective strategies for growth, improving revenue and market share.
  2. Provide exceptional customer service, ensuring client satisfaction and loyalty.
  3. Maintain accurate records and reports, tracking key performance indicators (KPIs) and making data-driven decisions.
  4. Cultivate strong relationships with clients, vendors, and internal stakeholders.
  5. Conduct regular reviews and assessments to identify areas for improvement.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Hospitality, Event Management, or related field.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in event management or a related field.
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
  • Able to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills.

Estimated Salary: $60,000 - $80,000 per year.
