About the Role

As a Foster Parent Recruiter, you will be responsible for developing and implementing proactive recruitment plans to attract and certify qualified foster parents. This is a full-time position that requires strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently.

Job Description

The ideal candidate will have a bachelor's degree in social work, psychology, or a related field and at least one year of experience in child placing agencies, non-profit organizations, or government institutions. Experience in resource development, foster parent recruitment, and retention is preferred.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement strategic recruitment plans to increase foster parent numbers
  • Coordinate recruitment events, training sessions, and home visits
  • Maintain accurate records of foster parent applications, certifications, and compliance
  • Collaborate with case managers, therapists, and other team members to ensure successful placements
  • Travel to affiliate locations for recruitment events and meetings
Benefits

This role offers a competitive salary range of $43,888 - $43,888 per year, depending on location. The position also includes opportunities for professional growth and development in a dynamic organization.
