As a CNC Sales Representative, you will be the driving force behind identifying and securing new business opportunities, building strong relationships with clients, and promoting our state-of-the-art CNC machining capabilities to a diverse range of industries. Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and cultivate new business opportunities with potential customers in the CNC machine shop sector.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing clients, ensuring satisfaction and repeat business.
  • Understand customer needs and requirements to recommend appropriate CNC machining products and services.
  • Prepare and deliver presentations and demonstrations to clients about the company's CNC capabilities and services.
  • Provide quotes and negotiate contracts with clients, ensuring profitability and adherence to company pricing strategies.
  • Collaborate with the engineering and manufacturing teams to ensure customer specifications and delivery timelines are met.
  • Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to inform sales strategies and product development.
  • Work closely with the customer to resolve any issues promptly.
  • Provide feedback to management on customer experiences and product feedback for continuous improvement.

Requirements

  • Proven sales experience, preferably in the manufacturing or CNC machining industry.
  • Strong understanding of CNC machining processes and capabilities.
  • Technical knowledge of machining tools, materials, and services offered.
  • Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings and blueprints.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and MS Office Suite.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong negotiation and closing abilities.
  • Ability to build and maintain strong customer relationships.
  • Self-motivated with a results-driven approach.
  • Time management and organizational skills.
  • Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
