Job Title: Rental Group Coordinator

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Rental Group Coordinator to join our team at Holiday Inn Club Vacations. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our guests and driving revenue growth through effective group sales and rental coordination.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate with assigned group accounts to ensure accurate room entries, collect payments, process rooming lists, and manage cutoff dates and payment deadlines.
  • Receive and process group inquiries from various sources, including our website, meeting brokers, and department phone lines.
  • Manage assigned projects, including lead generation, new business ideas implementation, competitive market analysis, and process improvement management.
  • Support Rental Sales and coordinate with Rental Sales Managers to grow rental revenue and complete other tasks as needed.

Requirements:

  • High school diploma required, and college degree preferred.
  • Associate degree in Hospitality Management/Business Administration and/or 2-3 years of experience and/or equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • 2-3 years of Group coordinator experience.
  • Excellent communication skills, including written communications, speaking, and presentation development and delivery.
  • Strong decision-making and problem-resolution skills.
  • Ability to multi-task and work under multiple deadlines.
  • Ability to work as a team and be part of a dynamic team environment.
  • Possesses strong organizational skills.
  • Highly motivated with the ability to learn and master new systems and tools.
  • Excellent customer service skills.
  • Expert level experience required for Microsoft Office, especially Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
