Job Summary

Are you looking for a career opportunity in the equipment rental industry? Synergy Equipment is seeking a Sales Coordinator to join our team. As a Sales Coordinator, you will be responsible for developing customer relationships, processing orders, tracking equipment locations, and coordinating logistics. You will also be working closely with the outside sales team to provide excellent customer service and support.

Key Responsibilities

• Efficiently support the sales staff to process sales invoices, contracts, credit applications, and sales/finance reporting
• Utilize company-provided systems/tools to document, track, record, follow up, and capture all related sales activity in a timely and accurate manner
• Provide accurate support to the sales and management employees using strong verbal and written communication skills
• Manage the receiving, organizing, locating, and movement of equipment and attachments
• Maintain accurate inventory records
• Assist customers with completing necessary paperwork for purchase transactions

Requirements

• Experience processing detailed paperwork
• Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
• Working knowledge of computer processes for day-to-day operations
• Experience and competency in Microsoft Office Suite
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Ability to work in an office environment with regular trips to the repair shop and outdoor equipment yard
