Job Summary

The Business Analyst - Audio Video (AV) Specialist will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of enterprise AV systems across all Churchill Downs Incorporated gaming sites in the USA. This includes working with local IT and corporate IT teams to implement, maintain, and support AV systems, as well as developing and documenting processes and procedures for AV support.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and maintain documentation for AV support processes and procedures
  • Work with vendors and local IT teams to ensure AV systems are up-to-date and secure
  • Facilitate meetings with end-users to discuss AV system requirements and issues
  • Maintain equipment lists and warranty/support agreement dates
  • Stay current on industry standards and practices within the AV industry
  • Work with construction and vendor timelines to schedule vendors for system delivery
  • Communicate with corporate IT, vendors, and property staff as needed
  • Analyze business and user needs to define information systems solutions
  • Provide support to users in system and software administration and usage
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Information Technology or equivalent experience
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in IT supporting AV systems
  • Project Management background a plus
  • Experience in gaming applications support preferred
  • Experience understanding of major business processes within the Gaming industry preferred
Skills
  • Ability to articulate/demonstrate 2+ major IT/casino AV project implementations
  • Minimum 3+ years of proven vendor relationship management experience
  • Understanding of core ITIL processes (i.e. Incident, Request, Change Management)
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills (oral and written)
  • Ability to manage multiple complex projects simultaneously
