About the Role

The Treatment Planning Coordinator will work closely with our dental team to develop comprehensive treatment plans, communicate effectively with patients about their options, and facilitate a seamless experience from initial consultation to treatment completion.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Collaborate with dentists to create individualized treatment plans for patients, prioritizing their unique needs and goals.
  • Educate patients about their treatment options, including costs and financial considerations, to empower informed decision-making.
  • Schedule appointments and coordinate with the clinical team to ensure timely and efficient treatment delivery.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records, adhering to industry standards and regulations.
  • Follow up with patients to address any questions or concerns regarding their treatment, providing exceptional customer service.
  • Assist with insurance verification and claims submission, streamlining the process for patients and the practice.
  • Stay current with industry trends and best practices, applying knowledge to improve patient outcomes and workflow efficiency.
Requirements:
  • A high school diploma or equivalent; dental assisting or related certification is an asset.
  • Previous experience in a dental office or healthcare setting is preferred, demonstrating a strong foundation in patient care and administration.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, fostering effective relationships with patients, dentists, and support staff.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities, prioritizing tasks and managing multiple responsibilities.
  • Proficiency in dental software and Microsoft Office Suite, enhancing productivity and data management.
