Job Title: Physical Therapist Specialist

About Us:
Peak Physical Therapy, a leading partner of Upstream Rehabilitation, is seeking a skilled Physical Therapist to join our team in Allen, Texas. As part of our network of over 1,200 clinics across the country, we offer a unique opportunity for growth and development.

Compensation Package:
We are offering a competitive salary of $75,000 - $90,000 per year, based on experience, plus additional incentives such as bonuses for clinical productivity and student loan repayment options.

Key Responsibilities:
As a Physical Therapist with Peak Physical Therapy, you will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care and delivering specialized evaluation and evidence-based treatment. Your primary duties will include:
  1. Evaluating patients and developing personalized treatment plans
  2. Delivering physical therapy services, including manual therapy, exercise programs, and education
  3. Collaborating with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive patient care
  4. Maintaining accurate records and communicating effectively with patients and their families

Required Qualifications:
To succeed in this role, you must have:
  1. A graduate degree from an accredited Physical Therapy program
  2. Current or pending state licensure
  3. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  4. A strong commitment to delivering high-quality patient care
