Position Summary

This position entails guiding participants, overseeing caseloads, and effectively implementing program policies. Your efforts will contribute to facilitating participants' successful reintegration into society through evidence-based methodologies.

Work Schedule: The schedule includes two evening shifts, two day shifts, and one mid-shift.

Main Duties and Responsibilities

  • Conduct risk evaluations and develop treatment strategies.
  • Lead behavior modification sessions.
  • Support participants in various life aspects.
  • Orient new participants and manage confidential documentation.
  • Prepare discharge summaries and participate in team meetings.
  • Report program infractions and conduct orientation sessions.
  • Communicate effectively with colleagues at all levels.
  • Adhere to policies to ensure safety and security.
  • Perform additional assigned tasks as needed.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Services or equivalent professional experience.
  • Understanding of community corrections systems and workforce requirements.
  • Strong writing and analytical skills.
  • Ability to make quick decisions in emergency situations.
  • Bilingual in English/Spanish is advantageous.
  • Proficiency in computer applications.
