Inventory Cycle Counter

US Farathane is seeking a skilled Inventory Cycle Counter to join our team at our Austin location.

Job Summary

We are looking for a detail-oriented and organized individual to monitor and maintain inventory levels, perform scheduled cycle counting, and assist in plant organization to determine and label locations for raw materials, components, and packaging.

Key Responsibilities
  • Monitor and maintain inventory levels to meet company objectives
  • Perform scheduled cycle counting of raw materials, components, and finished goods
  • Assist in plant organization to determine and label locations for raw materials, components, and packaging
  • Support plant annual physical inventory activity
  • Investigate and adjust negative inventories daily
  • Perform all duties as requested by the Materials Manager
  • Adhere to all company policies and procedures
  • Comply with all internal and OSHA required safety procedures
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent; six months to one year related experience and/or training, or equivalent combination of education and experience
  • Ability to read, analyze, and interpret general business periodicals, professional journals, technical procedures, or governmental regulations
  • Ability to write reports, business correspondence, and procedure manuals
  • Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from groups of managers, clients, customers, and the general public
