Certification Requirements
  • AZ License: Required - Must possess a valid license.
  • BLS Certification: Required (American Heart Association).
Job Details
  • Position Type: Speech Language Pathologist - Outpatient
  • Hours: Guaranteed 40 hours per week; potential for call-offs up to 6 times during a 13-week assignment.
  • Experience: Minimum of 1 year required.
  • Weekend Work: Not required.
  • On-Call Duties: Not required.
  • Floating: Not required.
Schedule Information

Shift: Monday to Friday, 8 AM to 4:30 PM (5x8 schedule).

Additional Information
  • RTO Restrictions: Approval required from Unit Manager.
  • Facility Overview: The clinic is the only multi-specialty interdisciplinary clinic in Northern Arizona, featuring a 20,000 square foot facility.
  • Services Offered: Includes 12 pediatric specialty services, physical therapy, occupational therapy, speech therapy, dietician services, social work, audiology, and comprehensive case management.
  • Additional Services: Wheelchair assessments, medical equipment evaluations, orthotics dispensing, hearing aids, feeding therapy, and dental screenings.
  • Credentialing: Travelers will be scheduled 4 months in advance due to credentialing processes and insurance requirements.
