Senior Sales Director

Job Summary:
The Senior Sales Manager is responsible for driving revenue growth and achieving sales targets for one or more properties. This role requires a strong understanding of the hotel industry, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve revenue growth and sales targets
- Build and maintain relationships with key clients and stakeholders
- Collaborate with the Director of Sales to achieve hotel revenue and market share goals
- Manage and train a team of sales professionals to achieve sales and revenue targets
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and competitor activity
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- At least 2 years of previous hotel sales experience
- Developed verbal and written communication skills
- Proficient in general computer knowledge, especially Microsoft Office products
