About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled HRIS Expert to join our team at CEVA Logistics. As a key member of our HR department, you will be responsible for managing our UKG Pro Workforce Management application, ensuring seamless integration with payroll and other systems, and providing expert guidance on HRIS best practices.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage the UKG Pro Workforce Management application, including configuration, maintenance, and troubleshooting.
  • Develop and implement new HRIS capabilities to improve business processes and workforce productivity.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to introduce and roll-out new functionality relevant to CEVA's business needs.
  • Serve as a liaison to other HR areas and systems to understand requests for information, respond to support tickets, and extract and distribute reports.
  • Ensure data quality and integrity by performing regular maintenance and system audits.
  • Recommend and implement new and improved processes to reduce redundancies and manual work and automate functions where possible.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in computer science or a related field, or equivalent work experience.
  • 7+ years of UKG Pro Workforce Management and HRIS experience.
  • Knowledge of advanced scheduling concepts within UKG Pro Workforce Management.
  • Experience with labor categories, attendance and leave policies, shift premiums and patterns, and assignment profiles.
  • Knowledge of standard UKG clock configuration and setup.
  • Success Factors a plus.
