Role Summary

Cullman Regional Medical Center is in search of a dedicated and enthusiastic Cardiovascular Imaging Specialist to enhance our team. This role is integral to the Cardiovascular Department, focusing on executing a range of diagnostic and therapeutic interventions. The ideal candidate will possess a keen interest in cardiovascular health, demonstrate teamwork capabilities, and manage multiple responsibilities effectively.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Conduct Echocardiography and various Non-Invasive Vascular assessments.
  • Support physicians during assigned procedures.
  • Comply with all patient care protocols and safety regulations.
  • Ensure a sanitized and organized workspace.
  • Adhere to infection control protocols, including thorough hand hygiene before and after procedures.
  • Engage in ongoing training and education related to departmental procedures and care techniques.
  • Fulfill all duties within the job scope, including additional tasks as directed by management.
Qualifications:
  • Eligibility or successful completion of certification through the American Registry for Diagnostic Medical Sonography or Cardiovascular Credentialing International.
  • Preferred experience of six to twelve months in Echocardiography or Non-Invasive Vascular Technology. A solid understanding of human anatomy, physiology, and medical terminology is essential.
