Position Overview:

Cullman Regional Medical Center is on the lookout for a dedicated and enthusiastic Cardiovascular Imaging Specialist to enhance our Cardiovascular Department.


Key Responsibilities:
  • Conduct Echocardiography and various Non-Invasive Vascular assessments.
  • Assist physicians with an array of procedures as required.
  • Uphold all patient care protocols and safety regulations.
  • Ensure a clean and sterile working environment.
  • Follow infection control measures, including thorough hand hygiene before and after procedures.
  • Engage in training and continuing education to stay updated on departmental procedures and care techniques.
  • Perform all duties within the defined job scope, which may encompass additional responsibilities as assigned by management.

Qualifications:

Successful candidates should possess eligibility or have completed credentialing through the American Registry for Diagnostic Medical Sonography or Cardiovascular Credentialing International. A background of six to twelve months in Echocardiography or Vascular Technology, particularly in Non-Invasive settings, is preferred. Candidates must demonstrate a solid understanding of human anatomy, physiology, and medical terminology.
