Job Summary:

As a Market Sales Leader at Bimbo Bakeries USA, you will be responsible for driving sales growth and achieving business objectives in the market. This role requires a strong understanding of customer relationships, sales data analysis, and effective communication skills to lead and influence others.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute sales growth plans to achieve revenue, freshness, and realization objectives in the market.
• Establish and maintain strong relationships with customers to drive business growth and increase market share.
• Analyze sales data to identify trends and opportunities, and make data-driven decisions to drive business results.
• Lead and influence others to achieve sales objectives and drive business growth.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement sales strategies and initiatives.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
• 3-5 years of experience in sales, customer relations, or business development.
• Proven track record of driving sales growth and achieving business objectives.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with ability to analyze sales data and make data-driven decisions.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills, with ability to lead and influence others.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, specifically PowerPoint, Excel, and Word.
• Valid driver's license with a safe driving record.
• Ability to acquire and maintain a DOT Medical card.
