Job Description

**Job Summary**

Maspeth Federal Savings & Loan Assn is seeking a highly skilled Business Growth Strategist to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for developing and executing strategies to grow our customer base and market share.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Establish rapport with potential clients and arrange meetings to discuss business opportunities.
  • Plan and oversee new marketing initiatives to promote our products and services to consumers and businesses.
  • Research organizations and individuals to find new business opportunities and expand our market reach.
  • Manage and increase the value of current customers while attracting new ones to drive business growth.
  • Find and develop new markets and improve sales to increase revenue.
  • Attend conferences, meetings, and industry events to stay up-to-date on industry trends and competitor activity.
  • Develop goals for the retail team and business growth and ensure they are met.
  • Train team members to develop their skills and improve performance.
  • Stay up-to-date on industry trends and competitor activity to maintain a competitive edge.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's Degree in a related field.
  • 5-7 years of experience in the retail banking environment with proven management skills.
  • Strong leadership skills and ability to build trust with colleagues and clients.
  • Excellent communication skills: verbal, written, and presentation.
  • Knowledge of sales techniques and relationship building.
  • Knowledge of bank policy and procedures, as well as banking products including consumer lending and mortgages.
  • Ability to analyze data and present it to groups of customers, senior management, and peers.
