Job Description:

The Orthodontic Patient Coordinator will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of our dental practice by providing quality customer service to patients and parents, verifying patient insurance eligibility, and maintaining accurate records. Key responsibilities include:

  • Greeting patients and parents upon arrival and departure
  • Verifying patient insurance coverage and service limits
  • Maintaining clean and tidy waiting areas and front desks
  • Capturing patient information accurately in our electronic health record system
  • Communicating effectively with orthodontic staff and financial coordinators

The ideal candidate will have a minimum of one year of experience in a healthcare setting, excellent communication skills, and a strong attention to detail. Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish is also a requirement.
