Job Title: Patient Care Coordinator

We are seeking a compassionate Patient Care Coordinator to join our team at the HEALing Community Center.

The estimated salary for this position is $55,000 - $70,000 per year, depending on experience and qualifications.

Job Description

As a Patient Care Coordinator, you will be responsible for coordinating patient care services, ensuring that each patient receives individualized attention and support. You will work closely with our healthcare team to develop and implement effective treatment plans.

You will coordinate patient appointments, laboratory tests, and medical procedures, ensuring timely and efficient care. Additionally, you will communicate effectively with patients and providers, prioritizing patient needs and resolving issues promptly.

You will demonstrate excellent communication and organizational skills, working collaboratively with our healthcare team to ensure seamless patient care.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Minimum 3 years of clinical experience preferred
  • Completion of a medical assistant training program
  • Certification as a Certified Medical Assistant
