Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Patient Care Coordinator to join our team at Serenity Healthcare in Atlanta-Sandy Springs, GA. As a key member of our customer support team, you will be responsible for connecting patients with life-saving treatments and providing exceptional customer service.

Estimated Salary: $45,000 - $55,000 per year (depending on experience)

About the Role

This is an entry-level role with opportunities for rapid advancement and career growth within a rapidly growing healthcare organization. You will work closely with clinics to coordinate patient care and provide education to patients about TMS and Ketamine treatments.

  • Connecting with patients via phone to provide support and education
  • Helping patients solve problems and navigate the treatment process
  • Coordinating with clinics to ensure seamless patient care
Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • A High School Diploma or GED
  • Strong customer service skills and previous experience in a customer-facing role
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, as well as basic math skills
  • The ability to connect with individuals and de-escalate challenging situations
