Key Responsibilities
  • Lead Operational Processes: Assist the Store Manager in planning and supporting the scheduling and execution of store workload.
  • Manage Inventory and Merchandise: Support and participate in the truck un-load and stocking processes to ensure truck standards are followed and completed within budget.
  • Train and Develop Team Members: Train, observe, and coach the team to achieve results; participate in the performance management process of your team.
  • Manage Visual Merchandising: Manage the visual merchandising standards in store and execution of feature space and seasonal layouts.
  • Manage Shrink and Safety Programs: Manage and execute shrink and safety programs.
  • Interact with Customers: Acknowledge customers, help locate product, and provide solutions.
Requirements
  • Retail Management Experience: Retail management leadership experience is preferred.
  • Physical Demands: Ability to remain standing for long periods of time, move throughout the store, and perform regular bending, lifting, carrying, reaching, and stretching.
Work Environment
  • Public Retail Store Setting: Work in a public retail store setting, taking care of customers, with all public areas being climate-controlled.
