Position Overview:

The Warehouse Supervisor at Keurig Dr Pepper is responsible for overseeing the accuracy of built loads, as well as the loading and unloading of delivery vehicles.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Ensure the precision of built loads prior to dispatch.
  • Utilize propane or battery-operated forklifts and pallet jacks to load route trucks and semi-trailers.
  • Manage the movement of products in and out of the warehouse as necessary.
  • Perform general cleaning and maintenance tasks within the warehouse.
  • Direct and coordinate the daily workflow of warehouse team members.

Work Schedule:

This is a full-time position with a schedule from Monday to Friday, starting at 6:00 PM until completion. Flexibility to work overtime and weekends as required is essential.

Candidate Profile:

We seek a proactive and collaborative individual who thrives in a dynamic environment. The ideal candidate will enjoy physical activity and be prepared to engage in lifting, pushing, and pulling cases of our products throughout their shift.

Equipment Utilization:

This role may involve the use of various equipment, including:

  • Electronic Pallet Jack
  • Walkie Rider
  • Voice Audio Headset
  • Shrink Wrap Machine

Job Functions May Include:

  • Hand Stacking
  • Operating EPJ and Pallet Jacks
  • Utilizing Voice Audio Headsets
  • Order Picking and Selecting Pallets
